Where is my order?
~ Please allow 8-12 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
~ If for some reason it will take longer you will be contacted.
My tracking number hasn’t changed, has it been sent?
~ All parcels are posted over the counter with Australia Post, sometimes there are delays that are beyond my control.
~ Please allow a few days for Australia Post to scan parcels into the system.
~ Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for more information regarding the where abouts of your parcel.
Do you accept custom orders?
~ Yes we most definitely accept custom orders, please contact us via email or on Facebook for further information on custom orders.
